Zel and Para are spot on.

Para uses the term "agreeableness" but I'd use a less polite one. "Subservience".

Of course you have to earn that to some degree, and you have to keep your frame strong. The best LTR in the world is one where the woman submits her destiny to the leadership of the man, and the man rewards that submission by guiding their miniature tribe skilfully through this crazy world.

Find a woman who will submit, earn that submission and then don't betray that trust.

p.s. It helps if she at least has a tight bod that will age well. Dim lighting is nature's aphrodisiac.
