I'd expect China to do that and host sites that are "subversive" to Western governments. It is generally in their interest to foment unrest here.

It also records your phone records, the sites you visit, youtube searches, youtube views, questions asked to your phone, your exact locations/places visited/time there/method of transport, apps used on your phone, and lots more.

I suspect many here, myself included are guilty of 'wrongthink'... and here nicely stored is the evidence.

If an evil dictator ever rises to power in the United States, the first thing he'll do is take over Google and use their information to neutralize potential rebels. This is likely already happening.

Trust Reds? They would be a few bribes away from handing over the information needed and they work with Western powers behind the scenes.
