Alright so pretty weird. Ever since I came on here and read about eye contact I've had problems making eye contact, ironic I know. It's weird because before I became conscious of it, I had no problems making casual eye contact with other dudes & gals while conversing with them, but now I'm really struggling. It's like the breathing thing, where you become aware of your breathing and now manually have to do it.

The other weird thing is, I don't really have problems making intense eye contact, or sexual eye contact with gals at parties and in situations where it would be appopriate. Maybe that's why it feels weird to do with other dudes and people I know more casually? Because I've sort of " adapted " to making more intense eye contact?

Anyone else experienced this? It's actually becoming quite annoying at this point. Should I just man the fuck up and keep making eye contact until I feel comfortable doing it? Thing is I don't want to creep people out hehe. Open to suggestions!
