Another advantage of Sweden's system is that they still have private hospitals too. What also makes their public system work so well is that they still treat it at as fee for service model.

So say Hospital A needs 120 million per year. They get 820 million in block funding to cover the electric bill and their ER wing. After That, accountants and doctors get together and cost out all medical procedures. So say i need a knee operation of some type - the hospital gets $10237.98 to do the operation from the government.

They then have the incentive to figure out how to do many operations per year. They also have the incentive to do it for a bit less.

In Canada and I believe the NHS and Australia you have a different funding model. The government tells hospital A "here is 120 mil. Make it work."

So now that hospital admin goes "Well shit we better not spend more than 10 mil a month or we're fucked". Edit: so now, unless that money is more than what is needed to satisfy the local demand for services, the admin has to setup an inefficient system on purpose to deny services and it creates waitlists.

Good bureaucracy is made with the right incentives.

Anyone have a list of TEA party groups that are real and not run by SJW/Obama/Soros spies?

Problem with the Tea Party is it is totally decentralized and operates in local organically grown "cells" and we don't know where their loyalties lie...

I personally would not respect anyone who has not taken the oath to protect and defend the US Constitution with their life like I did and I would quite likely assume control of any chapter that did not behave in a clear manner to defend our constitution and our country.

Best way to win is to anonymously infiltrate the SJWs and disrupt their actions via counter-revolutionary social media subterfuge and accuse them of being real Marxist Communists enemies of the USA and DOXX them by outing them with their friends, families, and employers for Anti-American disloyalty and domestic terrorist actions.

Being sure to smear the friends, families, and employers with the same Anti-American brush - ruthless fighting fire with fire is the only way to counter and defeat the Obama/Clinton/Soros Globalists shadow government and nationwide networks of community and black live murderers activists.

That is the definition of grassroots that the Tea Party is. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of cucked groups, as a lot of them are from conservative heartland. However, I'm also pretty sure that none of them are tied to Obama/Soros, otherwise they would not sic IRS on them.

It might be more useful to look up which groups are highest on the list of dangerous organizations according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. If the SPLC hates them, you'll love them.
