I find the reddit group confusing. I can't tell if it was created as pro or against red/blue pill.

At the top of the group is the tag line "This subreddit stands against hate speech" but then it looks like the group is named "The Blue Pill" and has a header with hamsters across the top.

I also find that most of the comments are filled with misspellings, poor grammar, wrong punctuation and, the worst of all, incomplete thoughts.

While my postings are not always the best, I do try to use the ‘King’s English’, and even at times use a spelling and grammar checker in a word processing program in an effort to avoid grievous mistakes with the language.

But when I start to read comments like in the reddit group, I start to wonder if people are making any effort at all anymore. After reading a number of what I can only describe as comment fragments, I am reminded of the line by Professor Higgins in My Fair Lady, “There even are places where English completely disappears; in America they haven't used it for years.”

While I am willing to give a person a ‘pass’ due to the format and rush to post while being online, I find that I am unable to understand what are the points the posters are trying to make are.

I think we are starting to reach the point in online discussions that some groups of people are becoming completely and totally unable to make themselves understood, and in effect, will have no say in the public discussions online since no one will have any idea of what they are talking about.

I've seen similar at my school. The most striking though were women probably in their early 20s or younger that are insanely huge. At least 350 or more pounds. I am 6 foot 2, 300 pounds roughly. The one I see in class is probably about 5 foot 5 and is twice my girth at least. Thankfully they are not the majority but all the pucks in stretch ear lobes, the piercings, the skrillex haircuts... ugh.. its very unattractive. Tragic really all the women on the article.
