Not disgusted, just often feel like it was meaningless, Maybe because I'm starting to feel like I'll be better off with a real relationship, but one that will excite me, rather than keep chasing new tail every week.

There's a beautiful world out there. Sometimes taking a woman along with you on your journey that you really enjoy, can be much more fulfilling than being on a mission to chase pussy all the time. The hoes, whores, drugs, booze, meaningless conversations, and constant games can wear a man down. You'll figure it out eventually. There's no right or wrong, you just got to figure out what makes you the happiest and live in that world as long as you can.
