I would not even compare such individuals with trans"women".

Trans"women" multilate their bodies because of ignorance, approval addiction and improperly handled mental illness. They die younger, suffer from far more additional mental health problems and spend a lifetime on hormones.
CAIS sufferers are sane people with infertility and a few extra notes in their medical file. Though I want children too much to marry one, I would have no problems being friends with such a person, and if I found out a big breasted, smooth skinned woman I had been with in the past, had CAIS I would not think less of her or myself.
