I usually go for a handshake, supplemented by patting her forearm with the other hand briefly. Observe many politicians doing this, as I believe that it builds comfort with further kino quite fast. If it's from online dating and I'm certain that there is a lot of chemistry already, I'll go for a hug.
That said, I am not too aggressive, so this might or might not work for you.
