You should be a ‘digital native’ - comfortable for long stretches on a computer, understand the basics of internet marketing, ability to write copy to a decent level etc. We don’t need an excel wizard, expert designer or aspy dev guy. We need a grinder who wants to get shit done and make a mark.

No job experience necessary. The above is much more important.

A blend of marketing, operations and management.

Some of the tasks your could be performing:

Managing Amazon SellerCentral accounts
Manage ad campaigns ( Amazon, Facebook, native, Adwords etc.)
Writing content (production, editing, promotion)
Customer service (answering emails, responding on blog)
Manage web properties (Wordpress / Shopify)
SEO (On-page and off-page)
Derive insights from analytics software
Manage contractors

Having perused his job description, I can verify that the business he describes is VERY lucrative, and that there is a LOT of money to be made in it. Learning the skillset and how-to is more valuable than the salary and perks he's offering---this is coming from someone who has been in a similar line of work for 6 years.

I don't know OP, but if I was a young guy living in America, I'd be jumping at this opportunity. Just my unsolicited opinion.

Glad to see posts like this. I think the evolution of our community shine in examples like this. Game, and learning the ways of the world are far more than just learning about women. This is mentorship, and taking a man under your wing and training him up in a career. Bravo.
