Being real for a second: I don't think it's a terrible choice to say to a girl, but they straight up will ask more about it if they're interested in you (my experience). Your lie will have to become more elaborate

Advice to OP: Since you're unemployed why not build a site, start and actually run your own business? The chicks don't need to know you make fuck all money from it
