Here's a little story of why most of you guys are on this site...

I'm a very fit, successful software engineer/marketeer guy who wears low-key t-shirts and jeans and nike winter coats... Covers up my assets to my chagrin (wasn't aware)

In a grocery store:
I randomly run into a girl from high school and her (broke-racist) husband, she's pregnant with her second child. She looks awful. They both look horri-awful.
I mention an LA dancer I used to hang with. She says "I wish I could be her...yadda... But stuff like that isn't happening to people like "Us"..."
She grouped me in within her world of broken dreams and changing shitty diapers.

Don't think for a minute a single woman is not out to do the same. When you work out, buy clothes that frame your body. This separates you from the pack instantly. Read good books and understand the content and you are on your way!

In the field:
Goto your local grocery store or mall and observe what guys in relationships/married wear. They have sacrificed. As an unmarried person you cannot Compromise on anything(That's the pure benefit of living alone). You need to be in Control from the time you wake up until you go to bed. I really can't stress that enough because the minute you look like them. You become one of them and severely lowers your chance of differentiating that you are available on the market or rising to higher statures in life. Perception is Reality. But Substance Fills the Void.

Plus, in business, when online or offline you have to dress better than your clients. Respect Money and it will Respect you.
That's just standard but ignored advice....

Hopefully this clears things up. I'm gonna finally buy some Tom Ford and get on with my life...

PS: Once you really, really realise that this Life you're living in is a one Big Ruthless Game of Playing For Keeps... Your perspective changes. Bigly.

Game: You're a snarky prick who'll get into game because he secretly hates women. Then, you'll use game to make yourself feel superior to everyone. Skip all that shit and just start talking to women. You don't need any lines or shit, just walk up to them and start talking.

Health: Start working out in some way (calisthenics/lifting/whatever). You'll feel better about yourself and get rid of that damned superiority complex.

Business/Education: Don't do pre-med. Learn as many languages as you possibly can. You're going to need them in about five years.

In retrospect, young (even 4-5 years ago) me was an asshole. Textbook definition of Gamma.

Lots of great suggestions here, stuff I like include:
- abstaining from porn
- being bold and just going for things being career or women (be brave)

Things I'd like to add which I didn't see mentioned here:
- spend less time on social media and reading the news
- spend that time reading non fiction books such as self-development and autobiographies
- THINKING BIG AND POSITIVE - the power of the subconscious mind is everything, you attract what you feel. - whatever you claim mentally and feel as true your subconscious mind will accept and bring forth into your experience. Everything that has happened to you happened because of thoughts impressed on your subconscious mind through belief. Keep your conscious mind busy with the expectation of the best, and make sure the thoughts your habitually think are based on things that are lovely, true, just, and harmonious.
- Personally, I love European women (so this doesn't apply to everyone) I would have learnt a European language when I was younger so I could move there at a younger age. I would have focused on German but you can substitute this with any language/culture you're potentially passionate about.

I'm just out of the University, but it'd be:
- do your studies inside a big city (I did mine in a small city, it sucked for women)
- don't live with roommates (hinders your motivation for self-improvement)
- concentrate your spendings on travels, quality clothes and drugs instead of tons of useless shit
- learn to eat healthy
- be more respectful to your parents
