Hello everyone, my first post here (been a long -time lurker and I read Roosh since 2009).

I wanna talk about this old post from Roissy/Heartiste about Dread Game in LTR: https://heartiste.wordpress.com/2010/08/...thoughts/, particularly this passage: "Preternaturally serene mindfucking is the ultimate ODT, but should not be attempted by men low in intelligence or feeble of will. Do not mindfuck girls who are less than an 8; you could destroy them for any future beta desperate to settle down with a has-been and populate the country with future generations of danegeld-paying cogs.".

Maybe cause English is not my mother tongue, but I never quite understood it. Could you guys explain it and maybe give some examples of that kind of game?

Preternatural means "beyond what is normal or natural", so in this context I would assume it means to go above and beyond.

The only fitting acronym for ODT that I can find is " Or Die Tying".

Given the above definitions, I would paraphrase the first sentence as "Going above and beyond to beautifully mindfuck a girl is the ultimate way to either succeed when all other options have been exhausted, or to fail miserably."

Someone more familiar with Roissy's work will probably correct me if I'm wrong.

ODT means occasional display of testosterone in heartiste speak.

I can't really blame you for not getting all the stuff they say. Good advice all around but sometimes the language can be confusing.

So it means a beyond what is normal display of testosterone. Basically that means asserting yourself more than the norm in a way that deeply affects them.

The comment about being careful if you're low on intelligence or feeble of will basically means you have to know when to do it and stick to your guns when you do do it.

I'm curious about this as well. From what I am understanding, he is referring to some really intense emotional damage used to display your alphaness.

It is not simply punching a wall or breaking shit, he is talking about inflicting emotional damage.

My best guess on this subject would be that you would have to craft a situation that destroys her. I believe that he is talking about his "Thermonuclear Option" that he discusses in his Dread game.

He's advising not to manipulate average girls emotionally only to make it easier for another guy who decides to have kids with her. Don't worry it makes no sense to me either.
