I honestly do not know a whole lot about classic American film as in pre-1960's. Were there a lot of deep and complex female lead roles throughout Hollywood? I honestly don't know. Perhaps someone with more knowledge of American film history could chime in.

Yes.

There were also roles that actresses today might dismiss as "traditionalist stereotypes", but they obviously allowed for a wide range of emotions and character development and generally contributed in a major way to the plot.

Kiera Knightly had an 8.5 face but that body is 5.5 at best. Slightly tall, skinny with absolutely no Tits and barely an Ass. Average it out and that is a 7. She also seemed annoying in most of her movies. Doesn't seem to have a very feminine personality.

I agree, that most of these modern actresses are far away from any of the great actresses of the 50s and 60s in almost all aspects. Almost all modern actresses are degenerate, spoiled, unfeminine sluts.

Even though the actresses of 50s and 60s were Divas, they were way more pragmatic and less pretentious compared to modern actresses, who pretend to be humble, but in fact are even worse divas. They try their best to hide how spoiled they are but its pretty evident based on their actions and comments in public.

Another thing is back in 50s and 60s, actresses didnt actively voice their political opinion nor were parroting SJW viewpoint each time in the public spotlight. Jessica Chastain who I think is a 7.5 to an 8 keeps voicing Women rights bullshit during most of her interviews or public appearances and is a highly annoying 'feminist'. It completely dilutes her attractiveness, so much so that, I can't watch anything with the bitch in a central role.

Also, as pointed out earlier, if you have your asshole pic in public display, who the fuck will ever respect you.

I can't even name any present day female directors that are any decent. Kathryn Bigelow is the only one I can think of off the top of my head. Maybe Sofia Coppola, but it's been over a decade since she made that movie with Bill Murray.

And a movie about a supreme court justice sounds like it'd be inherently boring. I'd rather see a movie on Marion Berry or Rob Ford.
