Hey guys, I am a late 20s guy in a college town. I do well when I go out gaming but also recently got into the tinder game. It helps to get mid-hotness quantity lays but has not netted me the quality I can get in person. I, however, have enjoyed the app in terms of quantity and was curious if there are any other apps that are worth it in a situation like mine? I have tried bumble - it is OK. I have tried coffee meets bagel - it is also OK. Any others that you guys think would be worth my time (and minimal effort)?

I've tried just about all of them, except for Bumble and SA.

After about a year and a half of experience I'll say that I don't believe there's any one-size-fits-all online dating app. They all seem to have their pluses and minuses, and go through cycles depending on all sorts of things. The only consistent thing I can say is that I've noted a decline in the overall quality and rate of responses across the board since I've started - as long as the Internet exists there will be online girls, but the novelty has definitely worn off by this point.

This time of year in the Northeast seems to be the slowest. Not much activity. Girls have settled down for the winter.

OKCupid has more attention whores, flakes, serial daters, and the girls are generally less attractive, but reply rates are high and the conversation->date rate is the best I've seen. Around here POF has some of the most attractive and most DTF chicks, but they're dumb, response rates are very low, and flipping a phone # into a date takes a hero's patience. Tinder is sort of middle of the road.

College town guy here in the same situation. I find OKC has a bunch of uggos and non-university chicks past the wall. I have gotten no bangs from it.
1. Tinder - Many bangs from it
2. Bumble - 1 bang
3. CMB - 1 bang
4. OKC (on it for a very short time but) - no bangs

Anyways, tinder is the way to go I think. The question I have is what happens once the well dries up?
