The worst part is that there are likely cops and FBI agent who have seen the evidence, but are not allowed to leak a peep about anything of this. Occasionally you see older guys coming out after their career, but even then I would not advise anyone to do this.

That's what FBI Anon was all about. Also, the whole Comey re-opening the email investigation right before the election was because of a damn near open revolt among the clean FBI agents. They were dropping it anyway, Comey was trying to blunt the impact.

That's a bit too defeatist. Sure the network hasn't been busted, but there is a growing awareness, more and more people are starting to wake up. People don't trust the MSM anymore. A few years ago no one had even heard of the concept of deep state or of organized pedocriminal rings, now it's out in the open.

The system is not going to unravel overnight, but i think it's starting to fray on the edges.

I suspect the only thing that could shut up Alex Jones is if they have serious dirt on him with which to blackmail him.

Two things make the threat of a defamation suit almost completely toothless, and thus this backtracking highly suspect:

(1) When discussing PUBLIC FIGURES (Pedofantis qualifies) involved in a PUBLIC CONTROVERSY (duh), just saying something defamatory isn't enough; the plaintiff has to prove that there was MALICE behind the statements (either an actual desire to harm the person or a reckless disregard for the truth).

(2) TRUTH is an absolute defense to a defamation claim. Let Pedofantis bring his defamation suit; it only opens the doors to being able to investigate him further as part of the discovery process (assuming he hasn't buried all the evidence by now): if the Pizzagate claims are true (or a jury believes they are), Jones wins, game over, CP.

If Jones knows that his claims are untrue, he has a duty to retract. But this "We regret saying things" act, knowing full well that they might indeed be true, reeks of self-preservation, not journalistic integrity. A "false narrative" doesn't change the evidence into false facts. If we can convict a man for murder without finding any body or blood (happens regularly), we sure as hell can continue to investigate Pizzagate!

Back when I "woke up" a couple years ago I watched a lot of Infowars documentaries and listened to Alex Jones. Nevermind his hyperbole and almost manic-passionate speech - many people take offense to that, but that is not what counts.

What counts is where Infowars is leading his millions of supporters and the track record for that is lousy. Sure - it helped Trump win, but before that they made sure that millions of low-income people supported the freemason traitor Ron Paul and his son as well.

They are leading the people into dead end solutions like Central Bank protests while ignoring actual reformers like Bill Still (who were candidates for the Libertarian party and ran on real interest-free money reforms). The THRIVE movement with it's hundreds of thousands of followers is for example grassroots, because they speak about those issues, but they have less of an impact than Infowars.

And don't take me wrong - Infowars talks about a lot of truth, they overdo it at times with some crazy predictions, but they toned down on that front recently. Now it is more on the basis of directing the people towards "safe rebellions" - meaning actually no real lasting change. It all points to the fact that they are indeed Controlled Opposition of some sort.

Pizzagate obviously crossed a line and Jones had to pull back. They either ordered him or told him that they would sue him for sure for tens of millions since he is accusing a very specific person of the most vile pedophilia. And no - public person or not - you cannot easily do that. If you publish in detail very strong assumptions about a specific person or business, then you better have the backing of the establishment or proof. You can say that Monsanto and the food industry is giving you cancer (because they do), you can say that vaccines are toxic (because they are), you can say that the global warming is a scam (because it is), but if you say that Dr. Robertson from down the street is a Satanist and is sacrificing children then you are in trouble.

The UVA rape case was such an issue - the fraternity will get millions and those accusations were not as severe.

Saying it on Reddit anonymously is one thing - publishing it on your massive alternative media site is something completely different. Infowars had interviewed Donald Trump a couple of times - it has far more clout than Mr. Anon on a forum.

In my opinion, most dangerous are sources that have truths mixed with lies. Things for which you are pretty sure are true, keep you coming over and over to that source, but at the same time you become less critical and source can easily plant lies, which you will probably not suspect at all.

I think this is the case with Alex Jones.

Infowars never needs to lie in order to be Controlled Opposition. They only need to focus you to never make a difference by not supporting truly dangerous rebellions to the elite:

+ interest free money candidates
+ alternative interest free money currencies that sidetrack the entire economic system

This the same reason elites will tolerate alternative and oppositional websites like this forum, but will come down hard if real men try to meet in real life. We all know we are not controlled opposition here, but if we try to create a community that exists in reality, rather than just virtually online, they come after us with everything they've got. Think of what happened to Roosh during his 2 speeches in Canada in August 2015, the failed meetups of February 2016.

Now I really understand why serious historical men's groups like the Knights Templar had to meet and operate in the shadows...there was no other way to lead a real serious opposition to the ruling powers in a public way. The knights had strict rules of membership and codes of conduct to test for true loyalty and to weed out infiltrators. If you messed up bad, you got banned out of the order for life. The similiarities in their rules and procedures and norms from 100s of years ago, to what goes on here on this forum today is kind of ironic and fascinating at the same time.

This is why I encourage members here to meet other members in real life as much as possible.

If we want to ensure ourselves a continued future as a real opposition (and safer world for our possible families & children), we must eventually try to become something similiar to the modern knights templar or knights of the round table.

Apparently Trump was eating pizza with Sarah Palin in 2011 a few days before that interview with Piers Morgan and the press got onto him for eating pizza with a plastic knife and fork. Trump called that event pizzagate and made a video response about why he eats pizza like that from his new york office.

Weird coincidence that he mentioned that specific word in an interview about Weiner....unless Trump really is a Time Traveller like some people claim.

Weird that Alex Jones, the one who defends "Freedom of Speech", even threatening that "1776 will come again if you try to take away our firearms" on live TV to Piers Morgan, almost cried on his show when apologizing to Alafantis for alleged defamatory libel relating to Pizzagate.

You also know what else is weird? Some random Pizza shop owner constructing the ability to hire well-connected lawyers to launch a legal mission against Alex Jones for defamatory libel and slander.

It appears that there is a Loophole where government agencies can act as civil private citizens to enter civil litigation for "Defamation".

I think that in 2014 in the State of California, public sector teachers from Toronto convinced the District Court that they were "not government agencies" when applying for an Ex-parte application to investigate an American Internet service provider for alleged "defamatory" content (See court document from PACER or Justia Ontario Principals Council vs. Scott Hall, Ontario principals Council vs. Anchorfree Inc). The court case was somewhat similar, the Applicants (Principals from the Toronto District school Board alleging that posts made about them linking them to sexual misconduct with minor students is defamatory).

However there are limits to seek an Ex-parte request for a subpoena, which was illustrated in 2014 when those Toronto teachers went to the State of Arizona to apply for a subpoena which the Ruling Judge S. Logan claimed was "intrusive" and is a burden to American due process. That application was denied. (See Ontario principals council vs. Gigalinx, 2014).

In other words, there are due process rights which Alafantis appeared to have breached when requesting to Alex Jones the information of his YouTube and Infowars subscriber information. It is considered intrusive and burdensome, just like that 2014 Ontario Principals Council vs Gigalinx case in the State of Arizona.

I think the term is "Libel chill " or a Strategic Lawsuit against Public Participation.
