To start, I have been reading on the forum and on the blog and ROK for a few years now. I am currently in high school and surprisingly, there are a few guys who are a part of the forum at my school. The reason I know this is because they would not stop harping about trolls and started heckling me with a bunch of strange and downright bizarre bullshit. I want to reiterate: I fucking hate IRT, but this experience was enough for me to comment on this phenomenon and issue.


Either everything is okay, or nothing is okay. That is my philosophy when it comes to parodies, or comedy. Therefore I can not be outwardly upset towards people on this forum. I am Indian man from Punjab and damn proud of it.

But shit is out of control. People are making fun of Indian people because it has become fashionable on this forum to do so. What really makes me laugh is the clearly not very experienced "players" are making fun of random shit some Indian dork did, that has nothing to do with "race trolling", and then bashing an entire race for it. You're telling me even half this shit would fly if it was about white or black dudes?

The thing is, everything SHOULD fly. I think that people are overly sensitive, and it is quite hypocritical especially on this forum for guys to be overly sensitive about getting trolled/made fun of. But the fact that there are many experienced Indian brothers on here (who contribute greatly and spread a plethora of knowledge on the forum) who aren't trolling and don't get pissed so easy, despite 50 plus post threads like "Indian trolls in the wild" plus constant unwarranted bashing everyday, maybe shows who has a little more restraint as a man. What is your take on this?

Listen man I am not a troll. I am posing a serious question. Why is it that when someone asks such a question, I am suddenly a troll? All I am trying to say is that if an Indian man wants to be a part of the forum, he must hide what he is, because if he does not, then he will have to eat lectures and rants from people who are either lying or who think they know more than they actually do. If being part of a niche leads to you having to take shit from forum members who are "experts" on Indians, etc. then he might as well try a different niche (like playing Counter Strike or something).

Because odds are you're a socially retarded high schooler(which odds are 90% of them are) that doesn't get out much yet. I stopped reading after that bit because anyone who feels the need to say where they are in life to make a point doesn't have a good point.

There's even a semi-high repped forum member on here that's in high school, but odds are you won't even know who he is because he doesn't make it apparent.

It's the 4th, which means trolls are out in force. Happens the first week or ten days of every month. A brand new poster stirring shit = probably a troll.

I don't even understand what you're really asking, or see the connection between the forum and some random ass people at your high school. Those people probably are not active members here anyway, given how small the actual active membership is.

Some high school dudes saying stupid shit has nothing to do with RVF or the dudes here.

The IRT thing is a meme here because of what some Indian dudes had a tendency to ask in the early days of the forum. It's not some vitriolic hate, and there aren't guys here going around randomly shitting on Indians. Some teenagers having accounts here and talking shit to you in real life isn't "the forum".

That you're being made fun of by idiots at school does not relate to what goes on here on the forum.

Shit is not "out of control" here.
