Having 'game' is being able to pull top women to the point that you won't take shit from any one of them. You're confident enough in your ability to find great ones that you have no problem keeping many of them at once in rotation.

Being able to go to any city or town in the world and quickly figure out how to game the local women and successfully bang one of them in a short period of time. With this definition you presumably would need a bunch of different flags from western countries, eastern countries and others + knowledge of several languages, which are things that I consider integral to having tight game (part of game is being prepared and the other part is having the balls and drive to execute).

Not losing my cool when my wife is in a bad mood. Being able to stay consistent and in a leader's frame even when she distracts me with stupid stuff. Extend that to 40, 50 years. "Game" isn't about having more girls. It's about dealing with them, which I suppose for some men might only be a lesson learned after multiple women (or never, if they take the degenerate route). That's it really.

Personality
Frame

They're all things that can be controlled and developed to become the best version of yourself and increase your ability to achieve your goals in life (job, girls, sports, etc) and can be enhanced by what you got from your parents (Great genetics, trust fund baby, etc).

I wouldn't say game translate into automatically into pulling 7.5 +. This result is part of an equation that involves social status, money, looks, style, because at the end women might see you as the provider and protector, the one who is able to take care of the future.

And of course you can lack one of the items and still pull them. People with looks, style, game but no money, or fat bold old guys with high social status, game and money.

In my opinion, game is a social interaction that helps you to get a better version of you, no matter the other compponents.

Simple to me.

It means that in any socially challenging situation, you will be able to engineer the best result that is reasonably possible. It also means not that you impose your will on other people, but that you can get people to eagerly conform themselves to your will even without the benefit of any money, looks, or status you may have.
