Simplest way to avoid mid-life stomach creep for nursing staff who have a "harrowing" job. Stop fucking doing that job. Or any job. It didn't work for my aunt either. Well, it did at first, she lost 30 pounds but then she learned to "eat around it". She started drinking milkshakes and eating ice cream a little at a time all day long! Gained back the 30 plus another 15.

When even the lapband doesn't work, it goes beyond just not having willpower. You actually possess a gritty determination to stay fat. Like you're using the fat as insulation from the world.

I haven't paid attention to Australia in probably 10 years but recently became aware of this one....and fuck isn't it brutal.

I don't want to be harsh on appearance but the thing that strikes me the most is not her looks but the shear ugliness of her personality.
And the self entitlement is through the roof!
