I know for a fact that if you are macedonian/serbian/croatian/bulgarian etc it is much easier to learn russian than for latin people or anglo-saxon people.
Already most of the slavic languages key concepts are there.
Almost all montenegro speak somehow russian.

It is much easier, yes, but I'd call it a stretch to say montenegrins speak Russian. When I was in Budva everyone spoke Serbian with three Russian words thrown in. My buddy could barely order without turning to English.

Everybody tends to learn new languages but still cannot master English.. It seriously bothers me from time to time.

We have several Russian speaking Nerds as well. I admit it is a difficult language to speak, I would never be able to speak fluently. However, I would like to try. Is there anyone who could help me here?
