I don't know if it's been posted but, there's not much info regarding getting deals on flights for cities/countries/areas.

In canada there's deals websites related to each city,

ex: http://www.yyzdeals.com/

for toronto and corresponding deals for each canadian city. I always sign up for notifications and periodically check, there's some really good deals like one to HCM city for 550$ return.

Anyone else have websites like this for other countries?

I second theflightdeal. Pretty awesome deals on there if you're near major cities. I used IFTTT and their blog feed to setup push notifications on my phone for deals from certain airports.

If you're based in Britain, http://holidaypirates.com/ is amazing.

They have a German sister site https://www.urlaubspiraten.de but I can't vouch for how good it is.
