This is what I and just about all of my buddies have come to conclude after years of goin out. (I know, I know, it shouldn't have taken that long to figure this out, but we'd go out to hang with each other mainly, picking up girls was a bonus). If you want to ogle chics there's no better time and place (outside of a university campus, perhaps) than nightlife spots, but for picking up girls, you better be damn good looking + have great game, otherwise the odds are pretty much stacked against you.
