Where to party / meet women for this new years 2017?

Where to party / meet women for this new years 2017?
Ok so I just cancelled a trip to Prague for nye because my friends can't make it. I live in USA, so I'd like to do something cheaper to save money for a month I'll be traveling next year. I'm considering the Domincan Republic, Cuba, Guatemala, costa rica, and Mexico.,, any advice? Best women? Best party scene? I'm fluent in Spanish, can dance, but not well. Thanks to anyone who replies.

I'm looking for a place to spend American thanksgiving, since I already have Canadian thanksgiving already booked. I can sing, but not well.

You could hit up Tulum, Mexico looks like an awesome place to party for NYE.

Or you could party around SEA. Thailand has a full moon party. Bali has some crazy parties too.

While nothing is set in stone (no flights booked etc yet) I want to spend NYE on Boracay (Filipino party island)

Main aim would be to go for Korean tourists / other tourists but of course open to local chicks too if they bangin

Since you are fluent in Spanish I would recommend Medellin Colombia. I have never been but everyone I know that has raves about it!!
