I used the mp3 once. Been an addict for 30 years. Now it is almost 3 MONTHS since I viewed porn. Not to say I haven't banged mind you, I just haven't used porn as a supplement to dry spells. The craving is just GONE. I am thinking seriously of using the same for alcohol and to enhance productivity (writing). Plenty of them on YouTube.

Haven't listened to the mp3 but regular sex, getting back to religion / seeing the depravity of most porn helped me. I have only watched porn about twice since the start of the year and frankly, I don't miss it. Sex has become much better.

You can also do an overload to jump start - watch it so much in a short time frame (literally set a minimum time to spend watching) and get off several times in the meantime. Goal is to get past satiety and to disgust. This works with a lot of bad habits (also video games, etc.)

Next time you go look at porn remind yourself that every single one of your dead relatives is watching you, shaking their heads in shame. And your grandpa is probably jealous that all the chicks shave their pussy and let you jizz on their face nowadays.

(I made a decision on 12/31 that I wasn't going to look at porn anymore and so far I've stuck to it. It really is just a habit, a bad habit for some, which is where I found myself. Just like any other habit it can be broken in 3-7 days with a rock solid commitment.)
