Lambskins are a great option if you're banging a regular, and you're sure she doesn't have anything she could pass on to you. For anyone else, use latex or polyurethane jimmies. Therein lies the rub...guys get to that point where they should pull out, but they say to themselves, "this shit feels so good...just a couple more pumps..." AHHHHH! They cut it too close, a little bit of nut dribbles out before they pull back, and GAME OVER. The discipline required to employ the pullout method is extraordinary.

I've had a few scares but every time I've went into the doctors office it was always something stupid like dry skin or nothing at all.
