Quick question pertaining to Foreign Income Exclusion

Quick question pertaining to Foreign Income Exclusion
(United States) If all your income falls under the $100,800 (2015) umbrella and you still have to pay self-employment tax, anyone know if that self-employment tax can be penalized if you don't file or pay late? Or is the self-employment tax portion treated differently?

I'm assuming it's penalized the same but wanted to see if anyone knew for sure.

Yes you can be penalized for late paying and filing.
