I've used apple cider vinegar before to remove a wart on my leg. I have a chemical burn scar from it but it worked.

I'm tempted to try it on a mole and see what happens. I'll give it a shot and let you know how it works.

Perfect timing for this thread as I was just thinking about a couple of options. Having read the discussion, I'm seriously considering veneers, I was thinking about Liposuction on a couple of problem areas but I think I'll just focus in the gym and at the table and keep working on those areas.

Anyway, I've found the dental services in PI (cleanings, fillings) to be excellent and feel good about getting Veneers there. Anyone have experience with this procedure in PI? Prices? Recommendations?

I think in terms of plastic and cosmetic surgery Colombia and South Korea are the places to go. I wouldn't risk it in PI.

To be honest looks hardly matter at all. I know broke obese 5'1" guy who has Crouzon syndrome, but his game is so tight that his lifestyle is financed by his harem of models. That's just one example of many.

Ugh I wish my body could handle even low doses of steroids without getting deep cystic acne and all the other blood related issues, really jealous of guys who can handle it. There is nothing like have sex on a good cycle of steroids, its just so animalistic. Even if they didn't make me bigger, the improved sex is worth it.

I took that after my cycle to get my skin back to normal, the side effects of that were even worse. Cholesterol was so high I was essentially a walking heart attack. Some guys bodies can handle it, some can't. Best you can do is get bloodwork done regularly and get best quality gear you can find.

Does anyone here have experience getting freckles removed? I barely have any on my face, those don't bother me, but I fucking hate the huge amount of freckles I have on my upper arms and shoulders. As I tan more, they just get darker and darker, I know it's never hurt my chances with women at all, they don't give a fuck, but for myself, I'd really rather not have them.

what were you taking? i took a test cycle, 500mg per week and got zero negative sides. considering taking 100mg test and 300 or 400mg of tren per week my next cycle.

i went in with a rough idea of what sides i would get though since i did 21 and me before, ie no hairloss.

Interesting thread.

I got Invisalign about 4 years ago now and had them for about 2 years, then had to do metal brackets for a year unfortunately, then about another year of Invisalign to finish it all up. Long story, but needed a lot of dental work to get my teeth to look really good. Having metal braces at 28 or 29 was burnt, and I focused on other shit at the time and went pretty anti-social on everyone, but I'd do it all again if I had to because my teeth look pretty damn good now. I'm sure it's helped my physical attractiveness with girls. Gotten lots of compliments on them from friends these last few years and it's definitely made me feel better about myself. Total cost: ~$5000ish

Been thinking seriously about a Vasectomy.....didn't realize it was so quick or cheap to get done.

What an interesting list. I have a very clean cut look and I know that lands me more often that not in the boyfriend category, but I've always been curious what would happen if I dived off the other end (tattoos, piercings, dyed hair, leather jackets etc.).

This isn't unorthodox at all but cleaning up your skin has a large ROI in terms of attractiveness. I've read some great posts on it throughout this forum and I'll attempt to summate them below.

1. Sleep. Aim for 7-9 hours. It really does vary per person but no one should be going south of 7 consistently, especially if you can afford not to. The focal point here is hours-before-mdnight sleep (thanks giovonny). This is because slow wave sleep cycles (sws) dominates early night and REM sleep cycles dominates late night. SWS is responsible for HGH secretion and tissue repair.

2. Move. Avoid and do your best to cope with a sedentary lifestyle. Working out 3+ days/week is great. Doing cardio, especially HIIT, is great. But more importantly, I'd focus on walking more and being more active in a general sense. If you can park further away, do it. If you need to make a long phone call, take that call while walking around the block. Find a hobby like spearfishing, freediving, bowhunting, nature photography, or salsa dancing and get out and about. I'm sure being fit helps your skin (lower bf%, constant sweating, better circulation), but in addition it gets the ball rolling to make better diet and lifestyle choices that keep you young in deeper ways.

3. Juicing. I did a juicing experiment for a month where I had 12-20oz of beet-carrot-ginger juice every day. My acne got reduced by around ~50% and I had a radiant glow. My skin just looked ridiculously healthy in comparison to my norm (transparently white and moderate acne) and I was fielding unsolicited compliments every few days. Beets and carrots are relatively high sugar, so be cognizant of how you fit them into your diet, pre or post-workout are good.

4. I'm going to be a complete hypocrite and denounce point #3 by saying keto diets (very low carb --> no juicing) have interesting effects. I'm mainly highlighting the first 48-72 hours when you glycogen deplete and drop water weight. You'll often drop ~5lbs and your skin should vacuum in. It's hard to sustain a keto diet, particularly when traveling abroad, but I imagine I get a .25/10 boost when I hit that sweet spot of glycogen depletion --> water shedding. My face gets very lean and I seem to get more IOI's.

5. Supplements. Chris from GLL has a good rough outline of skin supplementation but looks like the post got taken down. I remember the 3 main suggestions were nubian black soap, hyaluronic acid, and an aztec clay facial mask. Can't comment on the facial mask but the nubian black soap is great and it's very cheap. Hyluronic acid is decent. I think an additive-free moisturizer like cera ve works just as well for much less $$. As an alternative, Cleanslate recommended aiding several drops of coconut oil every day as a moisturizer. Collagen supplementation is another great angle. Recommend Great Lakes brand.

6. Hydration. Drinking enough water helps prevent your skin from drying out. I'd recommend ~3 Liters/day. The whole galloon-1.5 galloon a day seems unnecessary. Remember caffeine acts as a diuretic and actively dehydrates you. So if you drink a lot of coffee, you'll need to consume more water.

7. Avoid sugar, processed food, excess alcohol, excess starches, and cigarettes when possible.

8. Contrast Showers. Take a shower and alternate between hot and cold for several cycles. I usually go longer hot water periods (several minutes) with ~30 seconds of cold water interspersed between. This vasodilation --> vasoconstriction promotes blood circulation, which has beneficial effects on your skin. I would be cautious about overdoing it and going full-retard with long cold showers. No idea why but myself and several others have gotten a slight uptake in acne when going hard on the cold showers. Seems like contrast showers are the sweet spot.

9. Tanning. This is controversial but if you're pasty white, tanning should boost you ~.25/10. My dad is basically albino and I become translucent every winter. The one quickest fix for attraction in my experience is getting a good tan. The side effect is tanning clears up my acne better than any topical ointment. I know this may be short-term gain for long-term pain, so be careful about how you tan especially on your face. I usually designate a month where I try to be outside shirtless for 1-2 hours every other day. During that time period I go from starring in twilight to getting asked if I have a meditterean grandparent.

I'm sure a lot of guys have experience to denounce multiple points on this list, especially the tanning. Feel free to challenge any of the above as I'm still refining my skin-health approach. Two great datasheets that I stole a lot of info from are below.

I'll add - tan naked. Not only does it feel good to get some vitamin D on your D, but girls find this incredibly sexy. I no longer have tan lines, and girls always compliment it when I walk around nude post coital.

Paler guys need to watch the tanning, especially if you're doing "1-2 hours outside." I tan regularly but have lived in the South most of my life and know how my skin very well. Sunburns are what cause skin cancer, not regular sun exposure.

Can someone (@Ben) bust out the data on "mole mapping?" I've never heard of it before.

Spirulina blue-green algae for pasty motherfuckers like myself. It may not work for more tan people, but it gives my skin a noticeably different (and better) pigmentation in the depths of winter. I personally take about 2-3gs per day, and that along with allergy reduction in the fall and spring is enough for me to take it year round.

I can't at the moment. I either will or I won't when I actually try this stuff as I am just starting to notice forehead lines showing up that I want to get rid of.

Agreed. There's also evidence out there than getting vitamin D directly on your D increases testosterone.

Also, on the GH, you can look up growth hormone secretagogues, fairly easy to buy online and not as expensive as straight GH (but the effect is limited by your own pituitary gland).

If you're going to get on growth hormone, expect to do it a long time and not in cycles. It takes a bit of time to see notices in a (physical sense) however you will notice better sleep, hair/nail growth immediately.

I got all these changes because I've spent my whole life chasing women, hitting clubs, and trying to get laid and I have a large enough sample size to tell you what works and what doesn't.

This PUA shit has very minimal effect guys. If you show up looking bigger than the next guy, have direct game, say exactly what you want, make no excuses for it ,you'll never be alone in this lifetime.

Especially after 30 years old when everyone around you is going downhill because the BMR train slows down and you're going uphill because you're taking care of yourself and hitting the gym every other day and these guys are sitting on their sofa, eating Doritos, and playing video games.

I had a otoplasty procedure done a few years back (pin ears closer to the head). It definitely helped a ton with girls and also boosted my confidence. I believe it went for around $10,000 but my insurance covered most of it so I ended up paying very little.

Went better than expected, I thought this might be about getting facial plasticsurgery, but the suggestions were all within normal. Teeth and gyno from your list are the ones that need to be taken care of imo, as having bad teeth or gyno will really hurt self confidence. You need to be able to flash a full confident smile at girls without being selfconscious.
