I've heard of guys in Canada waiting for massive snow storms to happen which result in cancelled flights then driving to the airport in their 4X4 trucks with snow tires to drink at the airport hotel lounges in hopes of banging women who are stranded there.

You are talking about outbound travelers (with a bad luck, stuck at home). I'm talking about inbound travelers, arriving to your city with visiting on its own.

You guys act like there is some kind of magic code you need to crack for every specific situation.

Guess what? It doesn't work that way. The only "strategy" involved is figuring out where they hang out and putting yourself in those places.

The magic code here depends on a lot.

The strategy for San Diego is different than Los Angeles, because Diego offers different tourist attractions.

Take the east coast.

D.C. has a bunch of museums, but not world renowned night life. Boston, Baltimore and Philly are basically the same. But NYC is entirely different. And Jersey Shore is yet another wrinkle.

Jersey and NYC are party destinations. Charlotte is not.
Miami party. Naples, not a party spot.

So why are target market chicks in your city?
Are they merely siteseeing during the day?
Are they there on business? For school?
How long?

If there here to party, or here for a long time, you've got something easy.

If she's here for a short business trip, you know her nights are free.

If she's here on a tour, she's going to be a problem energy wise and logistics wise.

So basically you need to think this through.
