It's just incredibly spread out. There are pockets that are dense that aren't too bad for daygame, such as The Grove etc but the city as a whole doesn't compare to places like NYC for pure concentration of hotties. That's not to say there's no cuties around, there's plenty, you just have to really get your logistics right to be close to the action consistently.
