$830 rent per month for a property that costs just $28k!!
That's the highest yield i've ever heard of in my life! - 30%!!!

I personally have invested in property in the UK and getting around 5-6% yield in my rent, not enough to live off and sit on my arse/travel forever but getting there.

Considering Air Bnb as I will get much more return using a management company taking a 15% cut and that really will be a game changer, giving a return of $2500 as in a good location for visitors.

This is pure walking the walk stuff.

But is it legally allowed for foreigners to work in a call center in Philippines? Wouldn't they prefer that they hire their own people first?
