If you were to meet someone and say "this guy has game", what would determine that?

I see if a person has game in a couple of ways
1) Are they making the other person react?
- this actually says more about Alpha than "game". But a lot of people don't really make the distinctions that I do.

2) Are they getting something that they don't deserve?

Basically are they using their interpersonal skills in place of objective value. Hence, why girls have a lot of game - even if they aren't super cognizant like we are.
