He's not paying us yet he's getting mad that we didn't hold his dick while trying to get some girl... I've seen it all!

You're right. Good riddance. After thinking about it, I realize this guy's been trolling and flame-throwing for a long time. He was a mini Bigbootyluvr, from a while back. He was the turd in the punchbowl in the discussion about age difference, insulting people left and right who said they found a girl who's under 18 attractive.

"mini Bigbootyluvr"

That made me laugh.

I think Gringo had some moments and he had some insight on the low-budget backpacker through Asia steez.

The good part is that Data is on the forum.

He seemed kind of cranky lately because he was back in Scotland or somewhere and low on funds. (I guess you can't really blame him on that front).

This:

"No if I ask my mates to go out for a drink, I don't pay for them. It's expected that we'll all pay our way. Why should it be any different with a girl who I don't know and who is happy to come out for a drink with me."

Was just ridiculous though.

There is very seldom a "free lunch" in this world.

I wonder if him and his "mates" split a bill 5 ways?

He must be a real popular customer at the local pubs and restaurants.

I wonder if the selected phrase is really the case. Did anyone have a first-hand experience with a chick which got offended just because you offered to pay the bill in a reasonable way? I have never had such experience in my whole life. Indeed, some girls insist to split the bill (this is a typical case in Romania, and it is a BIG deal for them), but you just say "ok" and that's it.

The main rule here is that you should not let the bill cause any awkwardness. This is not something any of you should focus.

I had one a few months ago that made a fuss about it. I generally don't pay for these Toronto lizards because they flake and then you are out of pocket on a mediocre date.

She said she has never been on a date with a man where she had to pay and I said "There is always a first"

I told her that in this day and era, women make as much money as men and practically have equal or greater rights.
So why should I continue to be a man with any and any woman?

The woman can't cook, is very insincere, has negative vibes and I will shell out because that's what is supposed to be done?
Nah, that reeks of suckerism to me.
The same woman says she has known men who can't afford it to insist on paying for dates but when they got in relationships, she had to shell out for everything.
Basically, they were fronting.
By and large, I try not to front.

I only observe chivalry with women who are ladies in behaviour, women don't get the default treatment for appearing to tote a vagina.

Some women will be rude, confrontational and quick to insert the "Oh men, you are all the same blah blah"

These are the same women who want a guy to pay for everything on the date. Sure, guys can pay for everything but not this guy.

When I hear such phrases, it's like noxious gases are released in my skull and my thoughts become warped.

However, I do this on a case by case basis. I went on a date last night and I did pay for everything.
