I am looking for city options in Brazil, could use the help of veteran travellers here.
My plan is study Portuguese at a university and perhaps, live and study there in the future.

About me, 22 year old, fluent spanish, dark latino.

Ideally, the place is not too expensive, is lively with easy girls.

Stuck between Fortaleza, Sao paulo, Florianopolis; maybe even Salvador. Hit me up with your recommendations!
