Hey Guys
so, i just want to write here something that ive been thinking/noticing.
I see so many guys in these PUA/dating forums, so desperate to get laid and it makes me think, why do mostly men have such low standards?

I honestly think that there are way too many men with low self esteem or who doesnt give much value to themselves because if a guy is going to fuck any girl not matter if she is dumb/stupid/boring/arrogant then it just sounds like the guy is desperate and have no self love.

I don't think the guys here are desperate to get laid as you put it. I'd say they are desperate to understand the social dynamics required to get female attention.

Men are taught when growing up to be nice, a gentleman, treat women with respect even though she has done nothing to earn it except be born with a vagina. Meanwhile, (majority of) women are taught they are entitled to this without merit, and to exploit it to obtain essentials in life she would otherwise have to work hard for.

I admire men who seek advice from other men AND NOT WOMEN on how to get sex with women. It shows a touch of spirit and motivation; only a woman would interpret that as desperation.

Now, someone like SashaPUA, I agree he stinks if desperation. And why do men like Sasha call themselves PUA's and act desperate: simple, they have to prove to themselves that their lack of success in other parts of their life is not their own fault. Call it "responsibility assumption" (google it)

Guys don't typically think about how nice a girl is, or how funny a girl is, when they want to hit it and quit it. For a lot of guys, having sex is preferable to masturbating, and makes a guy feel more like a man too, so even if a girl is below his standards, he'd feel better having sex with her than making love to his right/left hand.

When a guy doesn't just want to hit it and quit it, the story changes and they look for things more interesting in a girl.

But your post offers a good suggestion to guys... Since perception is so important to girls, it is important not to seem like you would be willing to hump anything that walks on two legs. It's important to make a girl feel you like you're into her for something more than her looks, even if all you really like about her are her looks.

To answer your question though, no, I don't think it's just because a guy has low self-esteem that he is humping girls below his standards. It's just that he needs to get laid.

To add to that, lizards are just as bad as men. I know lizards who are unable to get the type of men they want (either they are vastly overweight or just not that pretty) and they are as desperate as men.

I have found that, in my limited (in numbers) experience, women say they want a nice gentleman that will treat women with respect, and indeed you can get attention this way (and certain elements of it aren't bad for initial impressions)... but they get bored and go after someone that seems more exciting. And we're raised not to practice "game"--not even to acknowledge that it is a skill.

Hollywood and society teaches us that falling in love "just happens". And for plenty of people, it does--or close enough that they never think past that.
