Couple to add:

Vinny Chase from Entourage- Probably the guy I try to model myself after the most. Smooth, laid back, doesn't feel the need to be the loudest in the room but still has that aura about him. Great style of game for introverted, good looking guys who prefer passive game.

Vic Mackay from The Shield- Intense, badass who doesn't have to do much charming to get women's juices flowing. He doesn't usually Chase women on the show but I think a lot can be learned from his overall demeanor and translated to game.

Bill Murray in his typical typecast roles in the 80's and 90's, with Stripes having the best examples of game.

Bill Murray game-wise does about as good as you can do for his age and looks.

I think it is very hard to be 50+ and still improv and be such an eccentric character while being endearing.

I have to bring up one of my favorite guys, Sam Shakusky in Moonrise Kingdom. First, he shows that's he willing to bend the rules to meet a girl by going into the dressing room. He interrupts an entire gaggle of girls just to get the attention of one. He then establishes scarcity by saying, "I'll be leaving soon." Then he begins talking to his target--Suzy Bishop. His frame is strong, and he stands tall.

He then leaves when he realizes he might get into trouble, but Suzy makes sure Sam gets her contact information. He forces her to make a move, and she does:

Here we see Sam going for the score. He talks about poetry, going places, and the future. He then shows a very vulnerable side by mentioning that he "may wet the bed." Suzy responds with sympathy.

Then Sam mentions that he's wearing a pin that he got from his mother--Sam is an orphan. He says: "It's not meant for a male to wear, but I don't give a damn." Sam shows that he's secure in his masculinity and can still love his mother.

He finally delivers one of the greatest one-liners in movie history. Sam talks about being an orphan. Suzy has a romantic vision of orphans and almost wishes she could be one. Sam just says: "I love you, but you don't know what you're talking about." Suzy realizes that she doesn't get it and gives the only response she can: "I love you, too."

Sam has game!

Lt. Riggs - Lethal Weapon

I daresay the best overall game of any modern action star. Bold, fun, unpredictable, imaginative, iron frame, soft side, bad boy, exciting, Austrailian. His hair game makes James Brown look like a peasant.

I had to edit and rewatch this video in small segments 6 different times to get everything.

If I ran a Game 101 class this would be the first video I would show and break down.





Starts the conversation by making a humorous statement, no just saying hello.

When she accuses him of being creep, he throws in more carefree humor about why he is there.

When she coldly turns her back, he pauses, takes his time a few beats then changes the subject to something curious that grabs her attention and gets himself out of clown mode.

He teases her for actually liking living in L.A..

He comes out and outright tells her in a teasing and flirty voice her forgot her name even though he already met her before and he is a cop with access to her information and followed her from consulate. He doesn't look deep into a chick at all until she is already more invested in him.

He starts making deep eye contact as she approaches him and has an easy smile.

He makes fun of her last name, then turns around and calls it pretty. He makes her want to fuck him at 1:09. He makes her lose her frame with his tease then he seals it at 1:14 turning around and calling her name pretty as she draws in a quick breathe in disbelief.

He exhibits a genuinely authentic and amazingly natural and friendly transition from the sexual tension to making fun of what she orders in her basket as rabbit food, and implies she is nuts for shopping one day at a time. He avoid any cheesy, overly sappy moment. Most importantly he avoids losing momentum.

He digs with an open ended question she throws a flirty tone to give her opening for a sexual innuendo.

He asks her for dinner, sells the date in a light hearted tone, he overcomes her last minute resistance with positive persistence.

Traits not often talked about game are:

1) Making playful threats
2) Belligerence

It is amazing how much belligerence especially can turn women on. Loud voices, crassness at times, disregard for social etiquette.

He playfully tugs at her, which turns into him showing an act of power by dumping the basket, and forcefully grabbing her by the wrist and dragging her out once he knows he has already won.

As always he shows hallmark game traits. Completely relaxed shoulders, tall upright posture. A firm distinct voice. Animated energy without using too big of hand gestures and no hurky-jerkiness.
