Federal court action has dictated that Canada Post cease distribution of Your Ward News for promoting "hate". Dimitri the Lover uses Roosh's term that the news tabloids are "satirical".

The federal government has ordered Canada Post to stop delivering Your Ward News, a crude Toronto newspaper that repeatedly denied the Holocaust, praised Adolf Hitler and derided Jews, Muslims, women and the LGBT community.

Public Services and Procurement Minister Judy Foote, who oversees Canada Post, made the decision less than two months after a human rights complaint accused the government and the postal service of “regularly and knowingly delivering misogynist, racist, anti-Jewish, anti-Muslim, and homophobic hate propaganda.”

Since last year, Canada Post has been distributing the free paper to a purported 305,000 homes and businesses in Toronto, despite objections from residents and postal workers. In the April human rights complaint, Ottawa lawyer Richard Warman said Your Ward News is “replete with bigotry,” using homophobic slurs like “f—–” and calling women “sluts,” “whores” and “c—s.” The Canadian Union of Postal Workers repeatedly said its members shouldn’t be obligated to deliver the paper.

“I don’t think any of the letter carriers delivering this garbage were happy about it,” union president Mike Palecek said. “It really shouldn’t have taken the minister’s intervention. Canada Post should have done this a long time ago.”

The minister’s order effectively stops Canada Post from delivering mail from by Your Ward News editor-in-chief James Sears, or two of his associates.

“Canada Post will not deliver this disturbing publication as long as the interim order remains in effect,” Minister Foote said in a terse statement Tuesday. The newspaper was given 10 days to request a review of the decision before the interim order became final.

Sears, the editor-in-chief, called the move an “Orwellian order” and wrote to the minister to request a review.

“I was not aware that Canada is now under Napoleonic law,” Sears wrote in an email, which he provided to the National Post.

Canada Post refunded $40,000 paid to send copies of the Your Ward News Summer 2016 edition this week, he said. But Sears warned that the thousands of copiers would soon be “stale-dated” and threatened to seek an court injunction against the order if a review wasn’t conducted fast enough.

Minister Foote told Sears she believed he was sending “hate propaganda” in contravention of subsection 319(2) of the Canadian criminal code, which prohibits the wilful promotion of hate — a serious and rarely prosecuted crime. For its part, the Toronto police said in April that an investigation into Your Ward News found no evidence of a hate crime.

Sears is a former doctor whose licence to practice medicine was revoked in 1992 following convictions for professional misconduct, including sexual impropriety with patients.

The latest Your Ward News issue includes a promotion for an upcoming “Battle of the Sexes” wrestling match in Montreal, featuring Sears as Dimitri the Lover — his nom de guerre as a professional pickup artist. The promo lists Dimitri the Lover as someone who “has pinned down more women against their will than any man or diesel dykes in Canadian history. He considers rape a ‘social construct’ and refers to sexual assault charges as ‘speeding tickets on the seduction highway.’”

Also in the latest issue, Your Ward News mocked its detractors and the media, saying the attention had only served to boost subscriptions and website traffic.

“Jewish, Muslim, feminist, homosexual, and trade union groups joined forces in a futile bid
to shut us down (more proof that Your Ward News brings diverse people together!),” reads an editors’ note.

But Richard Warman, who filed the human rights complaint, said the publicity was likely the newspaper’s undoing. Before the complaint, he sent a letter to the minister in March urging her to put a stop to the delivery, but saw no action until this week.

“I think its fair to say that the attention (complaint) attracted in the public sphere would have certainly contributed to this,” Warman said.

On the bodled emphasis, how can opposing groups like Jews vs. Muslims, men vs, feminists, Muslim vs homosexuals/lesbians, all unite in common accord? Obscenly bizarre!

Toronto-Feminists are pushing real hard to censor anything they do not like. I also didn't know that Canada post mail workers look into people's mail contents too to find "hate material".

I find it strange that feminists and Muslims are uniting together to stop "hate speech", but Roosh, who is of Middle Eastern origin, was treated like the Jim Crow of Canada just for trying to host legal events which criticized the status quo of post-feminist society.

Not hate speech is foaming at the mouth with rage at masculinity, heterosexual masculinity, and whiteness. And attempting to assemble in a swarm and violently chase a man out of the country because you don't like what he says is also not an act of hate.

I hope Roosh doesn't get into any problems with his books for his Toronto fans. I have a number of addresses in foreign and Canadian jurisdictions where Roosh can mail my order.

I have an address in Quebec where I can collect Roosh's upcoming book. Quebec doesn't really follow what the rest of Canada has to say anyways. Quebec's French colonialism stretches historically to my country of heritage too, so they are not really going to play the "I am oppressed" game with me like how these neo-Victorian Toronto feminazis play the perpetual victims.

I saw that newsletter once and laughed my ass off. It's pure shitlording, it's basically 4chan, alt-right and general trolling distilled into a newsletter, it was hilarious. I could see how people are foaming-at-the-mouth offended at it.

I didn't know that small independent news papers still circulated these days, I found their website (http://www.yourwardnews.ca/) and one of the first things that I noticed was their claim to be "Aboriginal owned and operated since 2007." I'm not sure if this is true but you'd think that if it was, they would have been able to continue distributing, as we all know, Natives get away with murder in Canada!

1. Someone made a human rights complaint against the paper. The cops actually investigated the complaint as hate speech and made no finding of hate speech

2. The minister responsible for Canada Post directed canada post not to deliver the paper...because she felt like it.

So there you have it, lets use Roosh as example. Someone could complain that "Day Bang" advocates rape and complains to the human rights commission. Police investigate and find nothing wrong. Government official doesn't like the outcome so she orders Canada Post to not deliver any copies of "Day Bang"

For some updates on this thread:

1) Your Ward News is still barred from using Canada Post, but company distribution of their newspapers expanded to beyond the Greater Toronto Area.

2) Dr. James Sears aka Dimitri the Lover is forbidden to send any letter through Canada Post because he could be charged with something that cunt Judy Foote caused in her court order.

3) The co-owner of Your Ward News Mr. Leroy St. Germaine is half-Metis (Aboriginal), but feministes and Liberal white Jews continue to label the man as a "Nazi".

4) Dimitri the Lover is investing for office space to host more events. Roosh should request a Skype interview with Dimitri the Lover when the office is built to share experiences about oppression of PUA men in Canada.

5) Several politicians, mostly female, tried to get Dimitri the Lover charged for "criminal defamation" even though his newspapers are satire. Criminal defamation laws were enforced in pre-Confederation Canada to protect the British nobility & Canadian elite from being criticized by the common man. Now in Canada, Criminal Defamation laws are used to "protect the reputation" of white Canadian women.

The original owner Mr. Leroy St. Germaine is part-Metis, but his face still looks like a white man's face.

Your Ward News used to be a pro-Rob Ford newspaper which criticized Toronto politicians & Jews, but it wasn't until Dimitri the Lover took over the newspaper & started to criticize feminists using a pro-Nazi slant, that Your Ward News began to be subject of scrutiny & legal action.

In Toronto, one can criticize Jews and politicians all they want, but soon as Your Ward News began to criticize women while praising the economy of Nazi Germany, Judy Foote comes to the rescue to enforce an unconstitutional ban on deliveries of the newspaper from Your Ward News, Dimitri the Lover & the half-Metis owner.

It looks like free speech isn't as protected in Toronto as compared to the rest of Canada, as compared to the United States where the First Amendment prevents the US government from infringing on freedom of speech.
