I know where you are coming from. I didn't lose my virginity till I was 26 and that was very drunk and to a girl I didn't want to be seen with. Apart from the "seek professional advice". This is the advice I would give;

Out of curiosity, OP - are you Indian?

I asked because I know tons of Indian guys who are still virgin really late, including in their 30s. Living in the West is interesting for a lot of Indian people: Indian girls adapt to western style of dating, while Indian guys can't exactly pick up game from their dads and dating in general is considered taboo until your late 20s (and for marriage purposes).

Obviously not every Indian person is a virgin, but I've found that there are many more Indian virgin guys compared to the rest of the population.

This is somewhat what I was getting at, when I asked OP if he was Indian. The truth is indeed that it's not a big deal for a guy to be a virgin in his thirties.

I've also met guys with PhDs in STEM majors who are virgins in their 30s. The guys are good men, just lack of opportunity from being in lab/working non-stop in their twenties that's held them back. You'd see a lot more nerds get laid if women were smart/dedicated enough to enter the STEM fields in larger numbers.
