I just moved to Denver, CO 1 month ago from Atlanta. I have just started to delve into this community over the past 6-10 months. I have decent success with number closing women. I am actually interested in learning more about game, and trying to find buddies to meet up with around the Denver area.
I appreciate this community being open and accepting to new members.

How did you find RVF?
I stumbled across this site 7 years ago when searching for info on Latinas. I immediately determined it to be the foremost online resource regarding South American women and used it for planning subsequent trips. Since that time I’ve been involved with numerous pickup/men’s organisations, including meets with a handful of RVF members.
Why choose RVF now, in particular?
Due to its emphasis on:
a. Rejecting the social expectation to date western women, and celebrating men's satisfaction found elsewhere,
b. Similarly, enjoying a relationship founded on biologically-enmeshed masculine/feminine polarity,
c. Advocacy for Men’s values, e.g., against family court policy, [13,14],
d. An ethos of hard work and accepting personal responsibility,
e. Truth-seeking, independent analysis, and respect of the scientific method,
f. Holistic self-development regarding lifting, diet, travel, etc,
g. Humorous dissing of unknowing diabetes advocates, insincere equality advocates, and narcissistic consumer zombies.
Challenges
• There is so much information, distracting entertainment, and unsubstantiated opinions online, that it can be difficult to maintain a concrete sense of focus, intellectual security and a firm grip on organic realities. This is why selective attention, experiential learning, critical analysis, and independent thought are key factors in the self-actualisation of the modern man.
• I would be one of the first to agree that the increasing prevalence of social media, entitlement-based feminism, narcissism, and obesity has correlated with increasing concerns about male-female relations. Whilst I deeply empathise with fellow men who are jaded with women, I still believe there are special women out there who are worthy of our commitment and that we have the power to shape our reality and enjoy a satisfying life. Not all is lost; there is still much to be grateful for [15].
• Last, I’d love to read more about longer-term relationships and building a family [16].
What’s your game history and philosophy?
Phase one: the discovery of game
• As a terribly naïve v-card holder, my teenage self was heartbroken when my ‘one-and-only-hope’ told me, following a long-awaited kiss, that she was still in love with her ex-boyfriend. I didn’t realise it at the time, but the emotional devastation inflicted by this one-itis lead me to perhaps the greatest intellectual discovery of my life. Searching online for answers to ‘why are women like this?’, I stumbled across ladder theory and the pioneering Fast Seduction forum. “Do Not Supplicate”—this motto hit me like a bolt from the gods. It was a mind-blowing epiphany and I was determined to change my life.
• Two months later I went clubbing solo for the first time and forced myself to persist. I lost my virginity that night and achieved my quickest same night lay ever. I reached a conclusion similar to that from Roosh: “…After that I was 100% convinced that the pursuit of game was how to be most successful with women, short of being a celebrity, insanely rich, or a model” [17]. However, with such a weak background with women, I slipped into some lame relationships and my skills really, really sucked for a few years.
Phase two: strength in numbers
• Discovering game was such an incredible revelation that I felt compelled to share my new found game concepts with friends. Unsurprisingly, nobody was interested and some mates even got offended. I then understood why the allegories of Fight Club were such a hit within the pickup community. You know the first rule of fight club…? Well, I learned my lesson the hard way and never tried to sell game to the uninitiated again.
• Soon enough, a local PUA crew formed and, at last, I could discuss pickup and go out with guys who wanted to help me get laid. This was AWESOME. Through this avenue, I shared countless hilarious stories and developed close friendships which I treasure to this day. Online platforms are great, however the best part of such membership is making real-life mates. Brotherhood is one of life’s true gifts.
• Example insight: People—both men and women—generally prefer to live in a delusional world that validates their self-image [18]. Men can’t handle the blow to their pride when you suggest they could improve with women, and as Excelsior wrote, women likewise want the fantasy of “effortless attraction” [19].
Phase three: discovering exotic women
I can recall the exact day and location, 10 years ago, when I approached the girl who would later become my first Asian girlfriend. This random event was a major turning point in my life. The realisation that feminine, thin, giving, respectful, hard-working, faithful, unbroken women existed—and that they were attracted to me— triggered an awakening of my masculine spirit. There was a whole world of women that had been somehow hidden from view my entire life and suddenly, there was hope for the future, as I:
a. Developed a deeper appreciation of women,
b. Was absolutely determined to succeed,
c. Built more consistency in my approaches and escalation,
d. Realised that I had zero time for any woman who didn’t treat me well, and
e. Harnessed the real-life abundance and self-respect to back up this belief with clear-cut, behavioural standards.
Phase four: Re-thinking the player lifestyle
• The subsequent half-decade of Asian flavouring and world travelling was incredible fun, and whilst I tended to get involved in relationships—as I have always cherished those deep connections—my heart wasn’t committed as I was addicted to sexual variety and obsessed with social mastery.
• Banging countless women can offer a sense of abundance and hedonistic thrills, but it can’t come close to the satisfaction derived from a genuine connection with one special woman. After years of chasing variety, I felt that I had overcome my historical sense of missing out but now the fun, always a central principle in my game, was starting to fade [20]. The player lifestyle has diminishing returns, not just in terms of decreasing joy, but also in its trend towards misanthropy.
I began to wonder… to what extent did this pickup blitzkrieg lessen my ability to pair-bond with one woman, and/or to what extent was this desire for variety a mere biological imperative? On the topic of broader choice, I highly recommend ‘The Paradox of Choice’ by Psychologist Barry Schwartz [21]. With the advent of tinder, this video is a must-watch.
Phase five: Building a clan
Nearing the end of my 20’s, I found a solid chick—or so I thought—and committed several years to her. Following the painful end of this relationship, I resumed the player lifestyle and, in the process, met a wonderful woman who is now my girlfriend and potential future mother-of-my-children.
Example insights:
• Insecure childhood bonding can lead to insecure attachment styles in adult relationships [22]. It pays to be aware of your partner’s (and your own) childhood experiences and relationship with their family, as a clue to their relationship style and compatibility.
• At this point, investing heavily in a committed relationship could represent a massive opportunity cost if I don't screen ruthlessly.
What's the hookup?
I respect anyone dedicated to self-improvement, so I’m open to liaising with RVF brothers from all walks of life, from virgins to harem-masters to family men. This account has been out there for awhile, but I'd forgotten about it. I've been a sysop at Kings Wiki under the name Conchis for most of the year and that is where I've concentrated whatever time I have for online communities.
I am a 30-something currently living in Des Moines, though I've lived all over the U.S. I am a physical culture enthusiast and motorcycle rider. I read a lot, especially history and philosophy. I have a library of 1900 books. I was formerly a certified kettlebell instructor but let it lapse. I've been interested in neomasculinity since the early '00s (before it had the name) and involved with nationalism since the mid '00s.
In some areas of interest on this forum I've been quite successful. In others, I won't have a lot to say. But I haven't been involved in forums in a long time, so I'll spend a bit of time checking things out.
I have been a frequent visitor to this amazing forum for a while and decided to register recently.
I'm a 24 year old Norwegian guy, spending most of my time studing for a masters in International Business and running my online company.
My passion in life is traveling, and i refuse to die before i´ve been in all the countries, and had sex with at least one girl in each nation in this awsome planet. I´m currently living in Rio, Brazil but moving back to Thailand, my second home soon. I guess the reason i´m here is to learn more about how to approach beautiful women, and maybe meet some like minded ppl to meet up with.
I've been browsing the forum for awhile and reading ROK for about 2 years. I figure it's time to participate a bit. I probably won't post a whole lot since I still have much to learn from the vast amount knowledge already available here.

I'm Alex Snow (alias), I'm an 18 year old student from the UK in my first year of University studying a STEM degree. I don't have any friends at University, I'm quite introverted and like to spend my time alone. I get nervous a lot in social situations which is affecting my life negatively, I skip lectures often and stay in my room because I don't like having to talk with my flatmates. I'm 52kg and go to the gym once a week with a bad diet and bad physique. I am small and weak, I have no confidence in myself and I'm ashamed to become close to anyone like this so I hide myself away. I hate where I am in life right now.
I have lots of knowledge on what to do to improve my situation but I haven't being doing anything. I'm spending too much time doing nothing and neglecting self improvement. I'm starting nofap to see if that helps give me more drive to improve myself and reduce my nervousness, I haven't taken any medication, I was given antidepressants but I see that as a cowards way out, I want to conquer my mind and fix myself through willpower alone.
I'm going to spend more time here since I think it's good being around so many people working to improve themselves, I usually just spend time on /r9k/ which isn't focussed on self improvement but rather feeling better with your current situation and accepting it. I don't want to end up a 30 year old virgin alone in my room playing videogames and watching anime which is why I'm here. I spend too much time self loathing instead of working towards improving my situation. I have so many bad habits right now which are hard to get rid of since many I rely on for feeling better when I am sad or lonely such as loud music, videogames, anime, alcohol, etc, the usual bad habits.
My only motivation in life is that next year in second year of university that I will get an apartment to myself for the entire year. That way I can be alone and work on my diet so I can bulk while lifting. I'm not interested in game and girls right now since my life is a mess, I have Bang and Day Bang in my bottom drawer and I haven't touched them, I'm waiting until I am on a good self improvement routine and everything is going well to read them.
I hope I can learn a lot here to help me with my self improvement as I'm really unhappy with where I am right now, so I am open to all ideas. I have made a lot of mistakes in the past, I have being living in the past for too long and it's time to forget about the past and start again psychologically from nothing. I really want to change.
Good evening everyone! I'm Kurgan, a former left-moderate who took a while to swallow the red pill. My brother started to send me books from Aaron Clarey and Mike Cernovich back after I turned 30. I've been lurking on the forum for a bit and ROK. I recently liked Roosh's video on setting goals.
The Red Pill was swallowed by this election. Looking forward to hearing from other red pillers! I never had much male influence because my dad was sick since age 6 and my brother joined the military. My dating life usually last a few months for each girlfriend and then we break up.
I just turned 33 and trying to find something better paying and slowly getting back in shape.

Hello gentlemen. Been lurking for years, saw Roosh had open enrollment for today only and thought I might as well sack up and register already. Don't know how much information and such I can contribute to the forum but I will always try to post high value and well thought out comments and posts. It's just nice to be in one of the most "red pilled" centers around where we can be men, with some of the best thinkers and contributors on the planet, so many veteran posters here I admire.
I've always been red pilled to some degree, and over time I have refined my political and ideological beliefs beyond typical conservative republican, and lurking here really helped open my eyes to the realities of the world. Grew up typical nice guy beta, had a shitty high school. Haven't been beta for a long time now, though a bit jaded after an experience with what I thought was a "unicorn". My game skills definitely need work, but mentally it's all there.
I'm really into metal and rock type music, a bit of an audiophile, reading about the world wars and history in general, and into the markets and trading. It's my dream to be a self sufficient trader from home. Where I answer to no one and make my own money without relying on anyone other than my own skill and intelligence. Also into lifting but I've been on and off for a while now, been thinking about getting back into it and giving 5x5 a try for the first time.

Hey. Just joined the forum. I've been a lurker and reader of Rooshv, Return of Kings, Roosh's Twitter, and for the past few weeks the rooshvfourm. I've read Free Speech isn't Free and am halfway through Bang, and I've learned a very great deal of excellent game and politics from all the aformentioned sources. I've been red pill all my life and nearly all my friends are liberal and lament not being around smart conservative or similar people. I have a nice high paying job with lots of vacation days, have multiple citizenships/passports, and a decent life though my game skills are still severely lacking. I hope to continue learning and from this community and growing with it. Frankly, the few people I've explained my beliefs to as derived from here.. even my conservative colleagues, have all gotten angry and upset about it. Here's to continuing down the lonely but illuminating path to enlightenment.
18 years old new guy here. I've been meaning to register for a long time now but I have a slight problem with procrastination. Thankfully, Roosh gave us new guys an incentive to register, otherwise I probably never would've.
I'm working full time at a factory here in the Netherlands, saving money for university next year. I'm thinking about a bachelor in computer science and a big reason for that is the location independence that comes with the programming and web development skills that I hope to learn there.
I'm really impressed by the lifestyle of certain members of this forum and it has inspired me to improve myself so that I one day will have a similar lifestyle.

Just signed up under the instant registration. Been a lurker for about 4 years - there's been so much information and material that have benefited me so took the opportunity today to sack up and officially join.
Details - Mid 40s, married, 2 kids. Got into game as a way to keep the marriage alive and working while working on the mines 3 weeks out of 4. Got into the forum and Roosh's books at the same time.
My forum interests are health & working out (currently doing Stronglifts 5x5), playing music and have been digging into Stoicism and interested in how it's tenets and philosophy differ and agree with Christianity.
Looking forward to talking with you all.

A new account I'm simply making to spread the word of game and keep this movement alive and kicking. Everything I add to this site will be focused towards the younger guys on here in order to help them level up and become Gods

So basically i am nothing special i am just a late teen who has read ROK for a while then saw that this is open registration day so i thought i would sign up.
When it comes to game and stuff such as that personally i follow more of the Leykis creed then anything else when it comes to chicks and i consider myself a mgtow in the regard that i am a open bachelor who is not looking toward marriage or having a family any time soon as fuck the current system it is not worth it to me to do so.
So that is basically it nothing really special here.
Looks like the instant registration option seems to have worked. I'm just one more unwary soul who's been curious about the Dark Side...I mean, if they're so evil, then why do their parties always sound so awesome?
I've been reading game & related sites for the last few years, and it's been fascinating to see our host's focus change over the last year or so. I think a lot of people will go through similar changes in the future, especially if the West falls on hard times.
I've browsed and lurked this forum and ROK for 3 years, so I decided to take advantage of this registration opening to make some more progress and contribute some when appropriate. I won't be posting much since I have a lot more to learn from the more experienced posters here.
It looks like I'm not the only newcomer to have lurked here for years that took advantage of open enrollment for lack of a better term.
Found this place probably over 3 years ago at this point while digging in the rabbit hole, so to speak. That came from being curious about the whole AVFM and MGTOW thing then realizing it's not for me after seeing the whining and complaining in those groups, discovering Clarey and his online posts, Tom Leykis and the like, and finally making it over to these forums.
Picked up a lot of things here spanning many subjects outside of game, of which game brings most of us here at first. This place helped me find and follow people like MikeCF, GMac, etc.
Me personally? In my 30s, hailing from the capital of Appalachia in SW PA, single, never married or divorced, so pretty much going my own way without being a whining MGTOW person.
I probably won't post much, as I'd just only be rehashing what has been posted here over the years, but it's good to be a part of the community officially. Thanks for having me.
