Best solution is practice a lot of sex, and do not go so quickly into penetration. Foreplay and shit like that. Some people say like use weed, alcohol, or apply pressure to your D. But I have tried all of that, and to tell you the truth, I do not enjoy any of those techniques. To each their own. I bust when I bust. That's why Second Session exist but just try to do foreplay or finish off with a good fingering and/or oral session if the girl is not satisfy and you care about her needs.

There's a range of solutions to premature ejaculation

You can try pills for depression that lower the libido and ejaculation time

Jelqing, an indian tecnique of delaying pleasure through muscle control (never tried that)

Pull out your dick when feeling you are getting close

It is a penis enlargement technique where you milk your dick from base to tip. Over time this grants you a thicker, longer dick.

What you're looking for is a way to last longer in the sack. That is simple, google "kegels", do at least 100 of them a day and thank me later.

I used to suffer from this too. Can be quite debilitating and embarassing when you want to put on a good show in the sack. Work on controlling your breathing. When you're getting close it will change without you paying attention. If you can snap yourself out of the moment early enough and alter your breathing close to normal levels it could help a lot.
