How would I find someone to tweak my current theme on my niche sites to make them look more professional/eye pleasing

That might just work.

I've got a bunch of cracked premium themes, but I tired of messing about with disclaimer footers, adding headers, adding site logos, and getting the slider to work.

There will never be an end of tweaking, or messing about with your website.

Studio Press is the bomb, and they come with good, step-by-step instructions for setting up the themes.

There is another option... I am whole hog on the Genesis framework (Studio Press), enough to where I bought the full suite. However, for my own use, I like Dynamik Website Builder by http://www.cobaltapps.com.

It is a GUI driven theme system that lets you build your own Genesis child theme without having to do any coding. It even lets me tweak the responsive settings from the control panel.

Additionally, some on the Cobalt Apps forums recommend an additional tool called Beaver Builder. However, I have not used it, and have not felt the need to check it out.

I buy all my themes/plug-ins from Theme Forest. Easiest and fastest way without needing any programming knowledge. Lots of niches and a wide selection (both price and content).

Or just hire someone on Fiverr to create a custom theme for you OR install/use the one you bought online.

Depending on how much free time you have and whether or not you value the skills, it might be easier to find a theme you like and then pay a freelancer from the third world to set it up, make adjustments, etc.

As mentioned earlier, they can be found on Fiverr and similar sites.

Depends how many sites you have. I like elegant theme's stuff as I run multiple sites and didn't want to continually pay licensing for a new theme overtime over theme forest, plus you get like 5 plugins and over 30 themes for less than $100 a year. Is studiopress one and done (ie. you only have to buy the theme once) or do you need to buy it for each of your sites?

I will second the motion on Theme Forest, I have purchased about a dozen themes from them over the years and have typically used upwork.com to find people to update or modify them. I do web dev but often farm out basic html/css work. I guess Fiverr would work also.

One of my major clients (website designers) uses the Divi theme by Elegant Themes pretty much 99% of the time:

It's very versatile and easy to use, and the latest update lets you do split testing without any extra coding. Very helpful if you are monetizing your site.

I recommend buying a premium theme that is frequently updated with good support and then using a service like WPCurve to make small changes.
