what is the best location for a first time traveler to get easy hookups and good feedbacks?

Spain is a tough battleground. If your game is null, go somewhere is SEA. You won't clean up but at least you'll get a few bangs. Even in Poland or South America you'll get nothing if you have no game. For intermediate game I'd recommend non-FSU EE and South America (excluding Argentina). For advanced I'd say FSU.
