As an aside, I propose the end of free membership for new sign ups. Perhaps re-open Silver membership as a lower cost option for newbies.

Trolls will become a very rare occurrence. The few paid membership trolls/women we've seen in the past were at least worth the entertainment.

To give people a reason to become a member, make the Travel section viewable to members only, and perhaps one other as well.

When people have to pay for something, they value it more.

When it's no-cost, the Bernie losers come by to waste our time.

I have come to see where and at which point it went all wrong .. and for dropping this controversial and unsavoury thread on this forum I would like to unreservedly apologise .

100 Percent AGREED ! This has also been my personal experience but again maybe being 5 years being an expat left me so desperate that I have taken the superficial banter over shy soft spoken obedience on a date .
