Does anyone have any tips on how to do this/what sites to frequent if I want to find a sugar momma? The way I see it, this is an arrangement that would pay me for banging a (hopefully) okay-looking older woman. Has anyone here tried this?

Where do you live? How do you carry yourself?

I would say head to places where older career bishes hang out or divorced women chill. There are some clubs in NYC/SF that cater to the "just took my ex hubby to the cleaners" crowd.

I would imagine if anyone in china would be doing it it'd be suits.

But he seems to be happy banging 5s n 6s over there, maybe he's not had the idea to pick that up or they're just that high maintenance that it's a pain in the ass. I never thought to ask him how he did so, but he had 0 game from my recollection. Lost touch with the guy but if you speak the language it shouldn't be too hard.

Conversely, a high school buddy of mine got engaged to a Chinese gem heiress. But he didn't want her money. Dude was a pretty smart fella though.

So suns up guns up and they are at the gym, yoga and pilates daily. Many in the best upscale urban and suburban neighbourhoods.

Key is to list yourself as a prosperous guy with your own mission because these women did not get to where they are because they are generous - they locked down a rich alpha or beta provider - outlived him - have grown kids and are empty nesters and they are looking for a polished Plus 1 to attend social events and who has enough alpha game and frame to blow off any disrespectful (gigolo) type comments (agree and amplify) and then plow them silly with serious pipe laying afterwards - but - takes special kind of hard alpha sex game to get them to open their checkbooks as well as their wallets. If they really cleaned up I would use them to back you on very quick house flips in strong markets where she could front you the cash to make all cash offers - you bring in your own team to buff, polish and flip - best for her as a silent partner and not be a bored merry widow who decides she wants to be your decorator and pisses through your profits with crazy unnecessay expenses - you and she are not moving in to these houses these are to get an independent source of income for you.

Many property markets are strong again and you can often buy a place for around $1M De-clutter, clean, paint, basic landscape and "stage" the home in 60 to 90 days and flip for $200K to $400K profit you split with her and keep rolling over the proceeds until you can pay cash yourself. Can't stress how important that they be silent partners or you will hate and resent her and she will hate and resent you if she starts putting her nose in and delaying your timeframes or spending more than you want on the flip.
