At the point where a woman tells you to fuck off in an aggressive manner you might be able to continue your approach although I don't know how and actually would appreciate enlightenment here, in case it's ever needed. The line above would be my goodbye, and it's meant as 'you want to offend me, sorry no offense taken by me, goodnight'.
If trying to be more rude than her helps make progress towards the final goal instead of getting her completely closed off it might be worth considering (depending on the girl) but if it's about 'educating' the girl, I really don't care.
