Hi guys,

I guess I just wanted to introduce myself.
I am 22 years old and I go to school in Minnesota.

Been struggling with girls ever since I got to college. I haven't gotten laid here yet, although I've had my chances. My standards seem high, but why settle?

I found Roosh V's Day Game book and started reading it (still currently reading it) and Models - Attract Women Through Honestly. Has anyone read the latter? Worth it? I read a couple of chapters so far.

What would you guys recommend for me? Where should I start? I am absolutely not a fan of going to the bars, mostly because my college is located in a super tiny town and the bars here suck. I much prefer to day game, which is why I started reading that book of Roosh V. Libraries, walking to class, events, etc.

How do I proceed? Finish Day Game by Roosh and then start applying the things I learn or what do y'all recommend?

English is my second language, although no one can tell by my fluency but I haven't found a way to use my other language (Scandinavian) to differentiate myself and cause interest.

Welcome to the forum.

There is a plenty of material in the Newbie, and Game threads. Take your time to read all the topics that you think are relevant to you.

Indeed, it is a lot of information but for a guy like you, it will be...quite useful.

Speaking of the books you mentioned, yes, finish up with the Bang. I do not know anything about the other book, but...I do not like the title. Women, in essence, want you to take good care of them, both financially, and in bed. Honestly is not that important.

Anyway, keep reading Bang, keep browsing the forum (and our new Wiki), and work on yourself, both psychically and mentally.

Thanks! Really appreciate it. I will finish Day Bang and probably read Bang afterwards. I will see if I can locate the things you mentioned, sounds like it's a good place to start.

Both books mentioned are great, Roosh's Day Bang is mostly about indirect day game (not stating intentions immediately to the girl) whereas Models is all about direct game and being brutally honest about why you approached her and your intentions. I suggest reading both because both offer great advice, both methods can be applied during day game and also depends on your personality.

I am also like you, in that I hate bars and nightclubs to approach girls. If you master day game, you will be a savage, think about how significantly less women get approached during the day vs night at a bar. You immediately eliminate the competition. In my experience women value day time approaches way more than night time at a bar. You will immediately show your confidence by approaching a girl at a Starbucks whereas in a crowded bar, you're just another guy hitting on her. Sure you can differentiate yourself from other betas at the bar at night, but that requires some work in a loud music and high energy environment.

Wow, I actually never thought about that before. But it makes total sense. I'm glad that you prefer the day game as well. Thanks for boosting my motivation to get to reading!

With that being said, I'm in your shoes. I'm a 22 year old college student (but I'm in the South).

I used to be in a bad position with women too. I was in a long-term relationship with a solid 5 who was getting chubbier everyday. She was dumb as a rock and annoyed me to death. I was with her for years. I was underweight. My hair was bleached and thinning. My first real kiss was at 17 and that was sexier than anything I had ever done with my girlfriend at the time.

Now I have more flags than I had bangs back then. I've had sex on multiple continents. And here that's barely impressive.

That should give you an idea of how powerful this forum is. It's an aggregate of some of the most potently masculine and successful men in the world. It changed my life, and it will change yours if you let it.

As far as your questions go, PM me and I'll gladly answer anything you want to know. Since we have similar life experiences from what I know, I've probably been there.
