The senior member claims that one of the reasons why the typical Toronto woman shows hatred on men is because of a "shit test".

However, I disagree that all of the man-hating from the typical Toronto women are "shit tests".

This is a Civil Lawsuit that was forwarded to me. It's against the Toronto Police Services Board. To sum it up for the Aaccusation of Lawsuit against Toronto Police, a cameraman was falsely accused of Harassment by a Topless Slutwalk Toronto supporter, beaten up by a Lesbian & later discriminated by Toronto Police.

Here is the Toronto Police Services Board Response:

B. Events at Issue
THE DYKE MARCH - JULY 2, 2016

10. On July 2, 2016, TPS Detective Sergeant COP #000 was assigned to uniform duties for the annual Pride Toronto festivities, specifically the Dyke March which formed at Church St. just south of Bloor St. East.

11. While waiting for the Dyke March to begin, Det. Sgt. COP #000 observed a group of people around a male (who through this complaint has now identified himself as the Applicant). The male was holding a cell phone around eye level in a way that suggested to Det. Sgt. COP #000 that
he was videotaping what was going on.

12. One of the people in the group saw Det. Sgt. COP #000 and came over to tell him that this male was videotaping a female who was topless, and that she felt uncomfortable.

13. Det. Sgt. COP #000 noticed that the topless woman had covered her breasts and seemed upset by the male’s actions.

14. The male turned his attention and his cellphone camera towards Det. Sgt. COP #000. The male was excited and not willing to listen to the Det. Sgt.

15. Det. Sgt. COP #000 had a discussion with the male, asking him to respect the woman and not to make her feel uncomfortable and stating that when you go up close to a woman and film, and
she feels uncomfortable, that is not right.

16. During the brief discussion, Det. Sgt. COP #000 asked the male what he was doing and why he was filming now. The male responded that “this is a news event” and he “was trying to film my event”. Det. Sgt. COP #000 then asked “where are you from?”; inquiring into the news agency with

which the male was associated. The male refused to provide any information. The Board
specifically denies that this question was related to any Code protected ground.

17. Shortly after, the male moved on and Det. Sgt. COP #000 left the area to monitor the march.

18. This was the last contact that Det. Sgt. COP #000 had with the male.

19. The interaction between Det. Sgt. COP #000 and the male was brief. He did not ask the male for identification and did not issue a formal caution.

THE SLUT WALK - AUGUST 6, 2016

20. On August 6, 2016, Sgt. COP #001 attended the Slut Walk on bicycle patrol, in his position as supervisor with the TPS Community Response Unit (‘CRU”).
21. The CRU’s role at the Slut Walk was to facilitate a safe event.
22. Sgt. COP #001 arrived at Barbara Hall Park near Church St and Wellesley St. E., where the walk was scheduled to begin. Sgt. COP #001 spoke to Slut Walk organizers on arrival to confirm routes and that all was in order. He then stood by on Church Street and waited for the Walk to
commence.

23. Before the Slut Walk began, Sgt. COP #001 was approached by a topless woman. The woman said that she had concerns about a male (who through this complaint has now identified himself as the Applicant) who was either filming her or taking photos of her. She told Sgt. COP #001 that she
had encountered the male at a previous event, that he was potentially harassing her there, and that the male had been spoken to at that time regarding his behaviour.

24. Sgt. COP #001 told the woman that he would speak with the male. He also told the woman that it was a public space.

25. Sgt. COP #001 told the male that the woman had complained about him taking photos. Sgt. COP #001 advised the male that if there had been previous issues the male may want to be cautious as it could be interpreted as harassment.

26. Sgt. COP #001 also advised the male that it was a public space and he could do as he chooses but because there are topless females and a sensitive issue is being addressed, he may want to be careful with his actions.
27. $gt COP #001 had a brief conversation with the male. He did not ask the male for identification and he did not issue any formal caution.

2$. After speaking with the male, $gt. COP #001 continued to patrol the event, and the male continued to participate in it.

It appears that the power-tripping cops in that video at Dyke March and Slutwalk are wearing some very tinted sunglasses.

Funny thing is that the person in the Lawsuit told me that he wears those transition tinted glasses and a cap because the sun can damage his eyes like a very snow-white Russian chick sunbathing at Miami Beach, but it appeared that the cop at Slutwalk wanted to film his eyes by pushing his phone up his face.

You can't even see the cop's face fully, so I don't understand why they appear to have a problem with Transition Lenses in public when the cops themselves are wearing sunglasses which reflect the entire background???
