1) If a girl is living in the streets, especially in a country with a welfare system, she is extremely likely to have mental issues, that can lead to getting attacked, regret rape, or robbery.

2) Without proper health care and hygiene, she is very likely to develop diseases, and you don't want to know what diseases might be there. Most homeless people are drug users, which increases the risk of HIV

3) If you are desparate and ready to pay, call an escort agency, at least you know the quality of the product beforehand.

I remember approaching a drifter-looking girl during the day back in Atlanta. I figured and told her my guess that she was actually an art student, since we happened to be near an art school, in a nice area of the city.

She meekly answered, "I'm homeless."

At that point, my instincts forced me to say something like, "Oh, I'm sorry .... Good luck." My instincts also forced me to walk away immediately after saying that.

I say "no". If a woman is homeless, it's almost guaranteed that she's homely. If a woman is attractive, she would find some man to take her in and in that case she wouldn't be homeless. Beauty is as good as, and sometimes better, than currency.
