Our society deems steroids as a demon, and not as a tremendous tool that can help you achieve super results with hard work. So they all have to lie about being on the juice! ALL, except the self admitted users. Always to keep in mind what people are trying to sell you. To anyone thinking of jumping on juice... know what you're doing please! This stuff ain't no joke!
It had me really confused for awhile, some of the strongest dudes Ive met in my life looked nothing like these guys on youtube. When I realized the game is to lie about being on steroids to push yourself as a platform or sell a product, everything just made sense. Cant take youtube fitness people seriously anymore, its such a joke, their advise simply doesn't apply to me.
I like comedy channels like BroScienceLife and Infinite Elgintensity, the later particularly cause he rips hard into some of the dudes that have been mentioned here already

I would add Coach Sommer only because he's the OG when it comes to gymnastics. Any of his products are money well spent. Ido Portal is great too though.
Kinobodies is also underrated.
John Broz and Jamie Lewis Chaos and Pain are top notch too. It's a shame C&P isn't updated much anymore, I always enjoyed his articles.

There is an Ido Portal datasheet.
awesome content of gymnastic Bodies!

Calisthentic Movement is probably the best overall bodyweight training channel. Adam Raw is impressive and has a good diet but his knowledge doesn't translate well in videos and lots of them are in czech. Physiques of Greatness used to be my go to but recent drama put me off. Biolayne (Layne Norton) is good for hardcore nutrition/metabolic breakdown.
I have my suspicions on Kinobody. Recently, he claims he's been injured but I'm guessing he got called out enough that he jumped off cycle. It's not entirely relevant as most youtube fitness celebs are secretly roiding for results then claiming natty to push their product. Regardless of that, Kinobody's content is good. I don't understand how people are preaching his approach is a fitness revolution as it's just IF + strength training + maximizing recovery.
Edit: Forgot about Alan Thrall. Solid, no-nonsense advice. Infinite Elgintensity is a funny channel. Guy straight trolls other youtube fitness gurus.
like for example...? Christian Guzman?

I've been following this YouTube channel for months and it's legit.
He has a more "Holistic" approach in the way to learn how to listen the signals that your body is providing to you, so that you can learn how to adapt the proper nutrition and workout plan that suits best for you:

People always look to the next guru for answers. I know several I like (Chaos and Pain, etc) but have a few words for those who care to listen.
Look within, rather than outside, for inspiration. Find your inner child that wants to play rather than work.
I quit lifting "seriously" for the most part, and just spend anywhere from ten minutes to an hour every day just playing with weights. If it's heavy, I pick it up a few times, or a few dozen times, until I don't feel like it. It could be a rock, or a barbell, or a sandbag. Usually there is music in the background. Every day I put weight overhead or do handstand work against a wall, trying to freestand.
I stand in the kitchen and cook. Sometimes if the onions take a while to carmelize, I'll do several sets of curls or pushups. Why not? It's free.
If I have to go somewhere, maybe I will take the car. Or walk. Bike. Sprint. Who cares? All I do is do exactly what I feel like that day.
I keep a chinup bar by the door. Why not do a few every time I have to leave the house?
Integrating lifestyle and fitness is by no means easy, but that does not mean it must be imposing and challenging. I keep up lifting just because it is NOT an imposition to my lifestyle. I keep dumbbells and lifting equipment littered around the house for that reason. If I don't want to keep working on homework for another hour, I just walk over and do sets until I don't want to do that either.
On a special occasion with friends, I'll get dressed up and go to the gym.
