When it comes to rifle marksmanship I have noticed that women tend to pick up the basics and become competent much faster than men. And women from Alaska are terrifyingly good with rifles.

Seriously, take your woman to a weekend Appleseed class and let her fire a few hundred rounds of .22lr. It's a great introduction to the basics and using a .22 rifle means she can develop good habits rather than flinches from something more powerful.

It's ironic. Take a manly pursuit and get a man to teach several other men, then get him to teach the same skills to several women.

The women will often pick up the skills faster because there's no ego involved. For the men the first hurdle they have to overcome it to accept that another man is the teacher and that they are the student (alpha/beta).

I find this is highly apparent in shooting. Women just listen, while men tend to drag down the lesson with endless pointless "insightful" questions and commentaries designed to gently prop up their temporarily butt-hurt egos.

That said, as soon as the basics are done with the men quickly outpace the women.

Persuasive method experts and hypnotists all agree is more easy to teach and control women's mind, they call it "imprint", in fact hypnotists learn first by practicing their techniques on women, men's mind is harder to control.

You see Dom/Sub relationship where the women is the Sub 90% of the time.

The educational system is built on the idea of imprinting ideas on women's mind.

You see women adopting the hobbies and likes of the men they are dating.

Look at how marketing target women, you can sell whatever to women, just need the right imprinted idea.
