you would almost have to think that her personal MD/dietician is purposely setting her up to fail, just to that he can keep her as a long term client. How hard is it to have her fat ass come in every couople of weeks for an hour long visit? You give her fifteen minutes of medical feedback and then spend the remaining 35 minutes to chat and stroke her ego. Bill her at 4,000$/hour, and viola, you have 100k/year in guaranteed revenues for life.

That's how the medical community approaches nutrition and health in general. They don't want you to fix your health problems by eating vegetables or lifting weights, they want you to fix your problems by buying expensive pills, surgeries, and procedures from them. That's why you gotta take everything the medical community says about nutrition with a grain of salt.
