I've been one of 4 people in a Ferrari.

I agree that she was probably on vacation, really doubt she is a prostitute. I'd imagine the guys in Dubai can buy better.

Keeping in mind I've never been to Dubai...I would guess that there's a sizable amount of people that travel to Dubai because of the buzz, glitz, and glamour. Girls see the towers and lights and promise of sunshine and shopping and to them, that's enough. It's the next shiny new place to cross off their bucket list.

It's like Vegas. Yes, there are plenty of party sluts that come here, and that fits the stereotype. But there's plenty of people that are here for conventions, for work, for bachelorette parties. Not every female that comes here is a raging party slut.
